Movie Madness | TIME Magazine
STAR WARS WINS!!
Star Wars (A New Hope) won the Time magazine fan Movie Madness challenge!
They had a bracket system of the top 100 films selected by their critics, and SW:ANH beat out the Godfather in the final!
Woo hooo!
Still have not seen War of the Worlds -- I was disappointed in Ebert's review -- I think I will still like the film even though he thinks that the whole tripod thing is as nutso as Mr. Cruise has become.
I finished Blowfly by Cornwell -- pretty good, but a little confusing given that I missed a book in between -- Scarpetta got fired and Benton went into hiding -- weirdness.
I got my R2D2 snack bowl in the mail today -- exceedingly cool.
If you want to see something creepy, check out this trailer for Mirror Mask by Neil Gaiman.
A better trailer can be found for King Kong, and the game sounds cool too.
